ABOUT ME
In 2014, I chose a path away from everything familiar, leaving behind my home, my people, and stepping into the unknown. What I found there wasn’t just adventure, but a deeper way of living.
That journey eventually led me to Thailand, where I spent several years immersed in traditional practices that asked for presence, discipline, and devotion. Through Kung Fu, Chi Kung, and Thai healing arts, I began to understand the body not just as something to train—but something to listen to.
Over the years, I’ve trained and certified in different forms of bodywork and movement practices, mostly in Thailand, where these traditions are deeply rooted. My path includes Thai Traditional Massage, Tok Sen, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), and advanced table techniques, alongside my formation as a Kung Fu and Chi Kung instructor.
Since 2023, I’ve been sharing this work in Portugal and abroad—through treatments, classes, and retreats, including teaching at a Kung Fu retreat in Thailand.
As a Massage Therapist and Chi Kung instructor, my intention is simple:
to support you in reconnecting with your body.
Through touch and movement, I offer tools that you can carry with you—so that healing becomes something accessible, something that lives in your own hands.
